Agent Scripting

CRM Screen Pops

As the dialer delivers a live call to your agent have a customer screen pop up from your CRM. The agent will immediately have the relevant information needed to support that customer on the call. Our dialer also seamlessley integrates with the PIMSWARE CRM.

Drop a Voicemail

Set the dispostion to leave a voicemail if the answering machine is detected. Broadcast* dial and leave a pre-recorded voicemessage. Update a employees or customers with information about changes to business hours, weather related closures, or other emergencies.

*Unattended agent is required to broadcast dial.

Compliance

The dialer was originally designed for our debt collection agency customers. All calls, call statuses and agent time breakdowns are logged for record keeping compliance. The dialer has options for a drop timer with safe-harbor message and variable drop call percentage for FTC compliance.

Add an inbound line

You can extended the use of the dialer to include inbound and blended calls. Most dialer software on the market focuses on outbound and does not have this functionality. Dialer systems without this function would require an agent to answer an inbound call through another phone system.

Unattended Agent

This add-on feature allows you to boradcast dial a pre-recorded message. This is extremely functional for getting mass communications out. No need for the person to answer the phone.

1-800 Number

Use a 1-800# to allow multiple inbound calls.this is a function of an 1-800 number and can be a very useful addition to your system if you have a larger inbound call volume.

Local Prescence

Purchase numbers for a local area code to where you are calling so you can change the caller id number displayed. The dialer can automatically detect the area code being dialed and change the caller id to match.
